Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Crunchy romaine lettuce and grilled chicken served with Litehouse® Caesar Dressing.

4 ozBoneless Chicken Breast Grilled
1 eaRomaine Heart Leaves cut lengthwise in quarters
5 eaBaguette Croutons
2 ozCherry Tomatoes Cut into wedges
1 ozParmesan Cheese Shredded
½ tspSalt
½ tspPepper


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Preheat the grill MEDIUM-HIGH.Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the grill, cool, slice and then set aside.
Salad Build
In the center of a plate, set down a piece of the romaine lettuce. Place another piece of lettuce on top of the first piece to create a shape roughly that of an "X." Repeat this process around the plate with the remaining leaves.
Spread the croutons, grape tomatoes and chicken over the entire plate. Drizzle the salad with the Litehouse® Caesar Dressing and top with the parmesan cheese. Serve.
