Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce

Ghost pepper, honey and brown sugar blended with Brite Harbor® BBQ sauce.


1 eaGhost Peppers
½ tbspRed Chili Flakes
2 tspCayenne Pepper
¼ tbspBlack Pepper
½ cupOrange Juice
¼ cupHoney
½ cupBrown Sugar


Heat a medium sized pot over LOW to MEDIUM heat. Add the BBQ to pot and bring to a simmer. While the sauce in heating up carefully grab the ghost peppers and take out the seeds, be sure to wear gloves.Add the peppers and remaining ingredients into the pot and allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes.Remove from heat and blend until smooth. (Run through a strainer for a more refined, smoother sauce.)Cool and store in the refrigerator.
