Strawberry Avocado Salad

Ingredients

3 eaStrawberries Hulled and sliced

½ eaAvocado Peeled, pitted and diced

2 ozAlmond Sliced

1 ozFeta Crumbled

6 ozBaby Spinach

½ tspSalt

½ tspPepper

¼ cupLitehouse® Balsamic

Directions

Place the spinach in a bowl and top with the strawberries, avocado, almonds and feta cheese.Season with salt and pepper, to taste.Drizzle the salad with Litehouse® Balsamic and serve.
