Steakhouse Chopped Salad

Colorful chopped salad tossed with Litehouse® Italian Dressing and topped with a mouthwatering steak.

6 ozFlat Iron Steak Sliced in ¼" pieces across the grain
4 eaKalamata Olive Halved
3 eaArtichoke Heart Sliced
1 eaRoma Tomato Cut into wedges
2 eaPepperoncini Sliced
2 ozBlue Cheese Crumbled
½ tspSalt
½ tspPepper


Preheat the grill to MEDIUM-HIGH heat.Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove the steak from heat and allow to cool for approximately 3-5 minutes. Slice the steak and set aside.
Salad Build
Place the greens on the bottom of a plate, then top with the sliced steak in the center of the plate.
Place the olives, artichokes, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, and blue cheese around the slices of steak.Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, and then drizzle with the Litehouse®Italian Dressing and serve.
