SpiZy Ranch Burger

The Gen Z burger - two well-seasoned ground chuck patties served on a sesame seed bun with crispy bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, romaine lettuce and fresh avocado; doused in Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch dressing.

2 eaGround Chuck Patty 2oz
1 eaSesame Seed Bun
2 eaBacon
2 eaPepper Jack Cheese
1 ozOnions Grilled
1 ozJalapeno Grilled
½ ozshredded
1 ozAvocado Fresh Medium diced
½ ozGround Black Pepper
1 tspKosher Salt
1 tspBrown Sugar
1 tspGarlic
1 tspOnion Granulated
1 tspCumin
1 tspChili Powder
½ tspDry Mustard


Mix all ingredients until evenly blended, then place in the spice shaker and use for service.
Season the ground-chuck burger patties on both sides and place on the grill or flat top. Cook each burger patty 3 minutes per side or until appropriate temp is reached.
Place the sesame seed bun in the vertical toaster or flat top. Place the toasted sides of the roll up on the plate or packaging.Spread the jalapeno ranch on the toasted side of top and bottom bun.Place the lettuce on the bottom bun.Once each patty has reached the appropriate internal temp, place one slice of the jalapeno cheese on each patty, then cover the patties or place under heat to melt cheese.Place one of the patties with melted cheese on lettuce, then top that patty with the bacon, grilled onions and grilled jalapenos.Place the second patty with melted cheese on the bacon and onion pepper mix.Place the fresh avocado on the second patty.Serve the burger open face or topped with the top bun.
