Garden Vegetable and Steak Salad

Garden fresh veggies loaded with juicy steak and sauced with Litehouse® Balsamic.

4 ozBeef Filet Sliced
½ eaCarrot Cut into ribbons
½ eaSummer Squash Cut into ribbons
½ eaZuccini Squash Cut into ribbons
3 ozBaby Spinach
3 ozRed Cabbage Shredded
3 eaGrape Tomato Halved
½ tspSalt
½ tspPepper


Preheat the grill to MEDIUM-HIGH heat.Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove the steak from heat and allow to cool for approximately 3-5 minutes. Slice the steak and set aside.
Plating Procedure
Place the baby spinach in the bottom of a bowl. Top with spinach with the red cabbage.
Place the slices of the filet in the center of the bowl on top of the cabbage.Place the carrots just above the filet slices at 12 o'clock.At 3 o'clock, place the zucchini squash the right of the filet slices.Place the summer squash to the left of the center plate at 9 o'clock.Spread the grape tomatoes around the salad and drizzle with Litehouse® Balsamic dressing and serve.
