Caesar Burger

Freshly grilled Angus Beef patties served with crispy bacon, fried egg, romaine lettuce and Litehouse® Truffle Caesar Aioli.

Ingredients

1 eaAngus Beef Patties (8 oz)
1 eaOnion Roll
1 ozButter
2 ozRomaine Lettuce
3 eaBacon Strips
1 eaEgg
2 ozLitehouse® Truffle Caesar Aioli
½ tspSalt
½ tspPepper

Directions

Heat grill to MEDIUM HIGH heat and cook hamburger patty to desired temperature.When the patty is cooked to desired temperature set aside and rest 2-3 minutes, keeping warm for service.Melt the butter over MEDIUM heat in small saute pan or on flattop. Cut the buns in half crosswise and place in butter until toasted. In a saute pan or on a flatop cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Fry one egg sunny side up.Assemble the burger by placing dressing on the bottom bun followed by aioli, shredded lettuce, beef patty, bacon and fried egg.
Truffle Caesar Aioli
Place the Caesar dressing, truffle oil, salt and pepper into the blender and puree until smooth.
