Blue Cheese Ciabatta Burger

Freshly grilled Angus Beef patties served with Litehouse® Big Blue cheese dressing and bleu cheese crumbles.

Ingredients

1 eaAngus Beef Patties (8 oz)
1 eaOnion Roll
1 ozButter
2 eaTomato Slices
2 ozButter Lettuce
2 ozBleu Cheese crumbles

Directions

Heat grill to MEDIUM HIGH heat and cook the hamburger patty to desired temperature.When the patty is cooked to desired temperature, set aside and rest 2-3 minutes.Melt the butter over MEDIUM heat in small saute pan or on flattop. Cut the buns in half crosswise and place in the butter until toasted. Before service, place burger on small cooking sheet. Place crumbles on top and melt by placing in oven or broiler 2-3 minutes.Assemble the burger by placing the dressing on the bottom bun followed by the burger patty topped with blue cheese. Top with fresh lettuce, tomato, and top bun.
