1 eaRoma Tomato Cut into wedges

Salad Build

2 ozCountry Bread Cut into 2" pieces

6 ozMixed Greens

¼ cupLitehouse® Homestyle Ranch

½ tspSalt

½ tspPepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Preheat the grill MEDIUM-HIGH.

SALAD BUILD

Place the bacon on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until it reaches desired crispiness. Remove the bacon from the oven, cool, rough chop and set aside.Place the mixed greens on a plate, and then spread the croutons, tomatoes, and bacon over the greens.Season the salad with the salt and pepper.Garnish the salad with the chives, and then drizzle with the Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch. Serve.
