Ingredients

1 ozLitehouse® Red Wine Vinegar with Olive Oil

2 ozAvocado Diced

1 tbspCilantro Chopped

1 tspKosher Salt

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, then lightly smash with a fork until mixed. Place the mashed avocado on the kitchen line for service.
