Grilled Pineapple Pico

Ingredients

1 ozLitehouse® Red Wine and Olive Oil

2 ozFresh Pineapple (Sliced in rings and grilled on both sides), medium diced ¼” by ¼"

½ ozRed Pepper Small diced

1 tbspCilantro Chopped

½ ozJalapeno Small diced

½ ozRed Onion Small diced

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is equally distributed.Adjust the flavor with kosher salt as appropriate and place on the kitchen line for service.
